FAQ

Questions we're often asked

No. Financial services is our core, but our governance, financial-crime and data-protection work supports any organisation with meaningful regulatory or risk obligations — including professional services and technology businesses.

Most engagements begin within a week of an agreed scope. Urgent matters — a looming deadline or a regulator request — can often be triaged within 48 hours.

Every engagement has a named senior adviser who remains accountable throughout. We are deliberately boutique so that experienced practitioners — not trainees — do the thinking.

Projects are fixed-fee against a clear scope; retainers are a fixed monthly amount; interim resource is a day rate. We agree all of this in writing before any work begins — no open-ended hourly billing.
