This is a demonstration website. The text below is a non-binding sample template and is not legal advice. Replace it with policies reviewed by a qualified adviser before going live.

1. Who we are

AdherePro Ltd (“AdherePro”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16272656). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. The data we collect

  • Contact data — name, company, email, phone number and the content of your enquiry when you use our contact or subscription forms.
  • Usage data — anonymised information about how you use our website (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Engagement data — information you provide in the course of a professional engagement.

3. How and why we use it

We process personal data on the following lawful bases under the UK GDPR:

  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, provide our services and operate our business.
  • Consent — where you opt in to marketing communications such as our newsletter (you may withdraw consent at any time).
  • Contract — to perform a professional engagement you have entered into with us.
  • Legal obligation — to meet our own regulatory, anti-money-laundering and accounting duties.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors (for example, our email, hosting and CRM providers) under appropriate contracts, and with regulators or authorities where we are legally required to do so.

5. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, and to meet legal and regulatory retention requirements (typically up to six years after the end of an engagement).

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email privacy@adherepro.co.uk.

8. Security

We maintain technical and organisational measures aligned to ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

9. Complaints

If you have a concern you may contact us first, or lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
